Timelines, budget ranges and indicative pricing shown on this site are illustrative. Every project is quoted individually after a consultation, in writing.
Project engagements
Scope, milestones, payment terms, warranty and support for any project are set out in the proposal or contract signed for that project. Those documents take precedence over anything on this website.
Intellectual property
Our logo, brand, page copy and design belong to Naksh Infotech. Work produced for a client — source code, designs and documentation — is handed over and owned by that client on completion of the agreed payments.

Where we link to external sites or embed third-party services such as maps, we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
